Excavation depth ......... Min 200mm; deeper subject to ground conditions.

Lay Geo-Textile membrane to further stabilise & to prevent the migration of fine particles into ground

Lay Sub ....Base material.Mot Type 1 @125mm or suitable graded recycled approved material.

Compacted in 75mm layers,making a minimum of six passers on each layer.

Marshalls slabs products to be laid on 30/40mm of mortar full bed 3:1 mix building sand and cement .

Paving joints to be poited with mortar 4:1 building sand and cement.

Finished level of the paving to be a minimum of 150mm below the DPC level. [subject to condditions]

All linear drainage will be bedded and set in a strong 3:1 concrete mix and professionally connected into a suitable soak-away.

Recessed drain trays are to be positioned to the correct hight a set in 3:1 building sand & cement mix.
